Will my employees have to change doctors?

No.  99% of the time, our networks will accommodate those providers that your employees currently use.  Using an optional Reference Based Pricing model, there are no "in" or "out" of network providers.

How many employees do I need to be partially self-funded?

We have clients with as few as 40 employees.  When done correctly, partial self-funding can be beneficial to companies with as few as 25 employees.

 

Is there protection against high dollar claims?

Absolutely!  We put mechanisms in place so that you know what your liability is every step of the way and your liability is capped much like that of a fully insured product but YOU control the dollars.

 

How long does it take to get a quote?

After all needed information is received, a quote can normally be obtained with 2 weeks.

 

What about dental coverage?

We offer dental coverage and administer it much like the healthcare coverage.  Huge savings can be obtained through self-funding dental claims.

 

What are the benefits of partially self-funding?

Will you do a on-site visit?

Absolutely!  We take a hands-on approach and prefer to do an on-site visit when presenting our proposal so you get to know us and we get to know you.  Our entire business model is built on relationships!
